Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing and managing domestic sales and marketing
- Actively exploring new segments and potential customers
- Building and supervising customer relationships with highlighting company’s value
- Following and analyzing customer satisfaction
- Developing sales and marketing processes, and business
- Managing budgeting
- Participating company’s management group

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical engineering or similar
- Strong knowledge of construction projects and / or marine industry
- Previous experience of technical problem solving, analysis and sales
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Active work attitude and capability to work independently
- Fluently English language skills are required
- Swedish language skills as an advantage
