About SSV Readymade Garments:
Established in 2018, Shrusti Fashions/SSV Readymade Garments is your one-stop destination for traditional Indian fashion. We are Female Garments Manufacturing Company. We are looking for supervisors to assist in production managment/sales management etc. As we expand online, we're seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with in-store sales and transition to online sales
- Collaborate closely with local artisans and suppliers
- Assist with inventory management
- Help develop and manage staff training programs
- Handle escalated customer service issues
Qualifications:
- ✅ Experience in a supervisory role in retail or a related field
- ✅ Fluency in Hindi, English and Telugu
- ✅ Good communication skills
- ✅ Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- ✅ Familiarity with traditional Indian fashion and textiles is a plus
- ✅ Must have their own vehicle for daily commuting
- ✅ Must be located in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Working Hours: Full-time (9 AM to 8 PM)
Compensation: 15,000 INR per month.
