General Accountant [Vietnam]

• Be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations, control A/R, A/P, GL,

record daily transactions into accounting books.

• Be responsible for PIT (including PIT for foreigners), CIT, FCT, VAT.
• Directly explain the data to the auditing company, parent company, and others.
• Performing full set of accounts and ensuring timely closing of accounts.
• Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
• Be responsible for timely monthly, and yearly financial statements, payments, cash-flow

management reporting, and the management report for submission to GD.

• Reviewing and approving payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Performing cash flow forecasting.
• Consultant for management board all financials.
• Doing payroll, and insurance.
• Supporting HR tasks.
• Supporting document and explanation with Auditor.
• Support legal representatives in general affairs related (e.g. translation etc.).
• Other tasks will be discussed in the meeting

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Education : University (major in Accounting); Knowing IFRS.
• Experience : At least 3-4 years (Preference will be given to candidates with experience

in the logistics industry).

• Language : Intermediate English in all skills.
• Skills : MS Office, FAST system.
• Priority to candidates working immediately.
• Carefully, hard-working.
• Proactive manners in all business scenes.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep to the deadline.
• Driving out the discipline.
• Ability to work in team as well as individual.

- Working time: 8am - 5pm, fromMon – Fri; and 2 mornings of Sat. per month (work from home).
