Sales Officer [Pakistan]


 

The UNISWIFT Group is a Sports Goods Manufacturing and Trading Company operating both locally and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Officers for Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, AJK, Gilgit Baltistan region, to be a part of our Sales Team team.

Sales Officers will be responsible for following tasks;

  • To generate sales by meeting up the targets within deadlines.

  • Support Area Managers in executing sales strategies.
  • Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from the immediate supervisor/Area Manager.
  • Update visit plans on weekly basis with due consultation with the immediate supervisor/Area Manager.
  • Visit vendors and markets in accordance with the approved weekly visit plan.
  • Submit a detail market visit report along with competitors’ activities in the designated area after every visit.
  • Establish good relationships with existing and new retail outlets and clients.
  • Promote and demonstrate sports goods to existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Collect market feedback and customers’ insights.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or customer segment in designated time period (Deadline).
  • Ensure product availability, company branding and attractive displays in stores.
  • Assist in order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
  • Build good business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Gather market intelligence and report back to Area Managers.
  • Direct Lead Generation through calling, referrals and social networking.
  • Initiate client meetings and visits.
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving change in requirements.
  • Develop new dealers within the designated area in accordance with company’s policies.
  • Be very vigilant on competitors’ activities in the market and keep your immediate supervisor up to date on new developments.
  • Penetrate in sports goods markets of designated regions to secure additional sales while improving overall effectiveness of revenue generation.
  • Update daily activity report and submit to immediate supervisor/Area Manager.

Salary: Rs.25000/- to Rs.35000/- plus commission.

Candidates required: 10+

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muzaffarabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
