- Monitor Vertical Market trends and promote value-added proposition.
- Secure new Local Chinese Champions.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Define Roadmap
Define Roadmap
- Elaborate the plan including: SWOT analysis, market/offer positioning, and objectives timeline.
- Identify opportunities across 3 clusters (International Transportation, Contract Logistics, Industrial Projects) and solutions to promote including green logistics initiatives.
- Describe sub-sectors targets and complete action plan for key prospects (down/up stream)
- Mapp resources and tasks to perform per cluster and align them thru Budget.
- Enforce the product communication strategy, training tools, contribution to press relations, conferences, PR events.
Enforce and grow business:
- Pilot development on each market segment and required marketing, technical and commercial actions.
- Build up and interact with community of vertical experts with the 4 GCN entities.
- Lead Target acquisitions (RFI, RFP,….) and maintenance (MBR, QBR,…)
- Develop the market intelligence and enhance supporting marketing materials. Anticipate market trends and be proactive with Solutions
Track Performances
- Implement Performances Dashboard for monthly performance monitoring
- Manage Sales Portfolio update including yearly reassignment of sales targets in line with strategy
- Ensure compliance of data quality in CRM (contacts, Potential, sector,)
Grow Network Collaboration
- Build a “network within the network” through cross-activities including regular international product meetings.
- Support the implementation of Network solutions
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
Budget Preparation:
- Assist Entity GCN HFO in preparation of yearly budget
- Build up account forecasts and share Entity MD and GCN HFO

Requirements
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 10 year’s relevant working experience, at least 5 years management experience
- Proven Team Management record
- Logistics Expertise in at least one key Industrial sector
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Solid analytical ability
- Functional know-how in Supply Chain including air, ocean and Contract Logistics.
- Deep Supply Chain market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
