Job Summary:

Firstly, to ensure all value-added tax invoices are invoiced in time; Secondly, To assist Credit staff to conduct Account Receivable reconciliation with customers, and do cash application on a daily basis. This role requires basic finance or accounting educational back ground. He/she is required to work closely with OF and Sales team with a strong customer focus. He/she is also required to deal with customers in matters related to value-added tax invoicing and payment.

Responsibilities:

1.Get delivered product list from SAP and select un-invoiced items; Issue about 50 invoices per week;

2.Select items with special requirements, eg: Customers with cut-off date for value-added tax invoice or require statement of account confirmation before value-added tax invoice issuance; Items with changes in debit note; Items related to quality dispute or product return; other requirements.

3.Rearrange and sort data according to customer requirements

4.Upload data to value-added tax system;

5.Print value-added tax invoice;

6.Sort invoice by customer and chop

Required Skills and Experience

1.Junior College Degree;

2.Finance or accounting education back ground;

3.Ability to work with integrated accounting systems and the skilful use of spreadsheet software;

4.Good time-management skills

5.Good numeracy skills

6.Good telephone manner;

7.Basic Read and written English skills
